To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Publishing content through the Service requires credits. Credits are purchased in bundles. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except that failed publishing attempts will automatically refund the respective credits to your account balance. The Company reserves the right to modify the pricing of credit bundles at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service allows you to connect and interact with third-party social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube). Your use of these third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Social Sync 360 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party platforms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
Distribute spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotional material.
Attempt to bypass, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Sync 360 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use of the Service.
